Tai Chi
Tai chi is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that were originally designed for self-defence and to promote inner peace and calmness.
Peter has taught tai chi in the Mid-Hudson Valley for the past 32 years and is now taking a sabbatical break from teaching.
He has been a practitioner and teacher of tai chi and other martial arts for more than 35 years.

We move into a position of advancing to the partner, who responds by moving out of the way and redirecting the "push" away remaining centered and relaxed.
